Refund policy
Try SoundBuddy after purchase. If it is not for you, request a full refund within seven days. No reason required.

Our seven-day promise
Email your request within seven days (168 hours) of your purchase timestamp for a full refund of the amount paid for SoundBuddy, including applicable tax. You do not need to explain your reason, prove a technical fault or complete troubleshooting first. Downloading, installing or activating the app does not remove this promise.
How to request a refund
Write to support@soundbuddy.tech from your purchase email, with the order or payment ID from your Dodo receipt. If you cannot find it, send your purchase email and approximate purchase date so we can help locate the order. Do not send your licence key or card details.
The time you send your request determines whether it is within seven days. Our response or payment-processing time does not shorten your window. Billing help is also available through the support route on your Dodo Payments receipt.
How the money returns
Dodo Payments processes refunds to the original payment method. We will confirm the outcome by email. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears; the refund is not complete merely because a request has been received. We do not deduct a SoundBuddy handling fee.
After a refund
A refunded purchase no longer grants a licence to use SoundBuddy. Its licence and download access are revoked through the payment provider. Please stop using and uninstall that copy. Refunding a payment does not remotely delete a file already downloaded to your Mac.
No subscription to cancel
SoundBuddy is a one-time purchase for one Mac at a time. There is no recurring SoundBuddy subscription to cancel. There is currently no free trial; check the installation guide and system requirements before purchasing.
Other purchase problems and your rights
Contact us about duplicate charges, delivery failures or other purchase problems even if seven days have passed. The seven-day promise is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you and does not limit them.
